• A copy of the applicant's international passport. The passport must be valid for at least 18 months from the date of applying for the visa.
• The document confirming applicant’s education with corresponding appendices (school certificate of full secondary education, Bachelor/Master diplomas).
• The translation of the educational documents into Russian or English (if any).

• X-Ray examination report (annually) – 400 RUB
• Skin and hair examination report (once every 3 months) – 100 RUB
• State fee for visa extension (annually) – 2000 RUB
• Medical insurance policy (annually) - 5000 RUB
• Medical examination (annually) – 5000 RUB
• Fingerprinting procedure (once every 10 years) – 1500 RUB
• Accommodation fee (monthly) – 1500 RUB
